SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on ALL orders over $30 in the United States & Puerto Rico. For orders less the $30, a shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. 

Once an order is placed, we do our best to send it out as quickly as we can. Please allow 48 hours to process your order. Once shipped please allow 1-7 business days for your order to arrive. Please keep in mind there may be shipping delays out of our control.

All pre-orders items will ship as soon as available. Please note that dates for pre-order items are estimates and not guaranteed. 

 If an order is returned to us due to insufficient address or incorrect address, we will hold on to the order and charge a reshipping fee. 

TAXES

For the moment we operate one hub in San Juan, PR. We are required to charge county, municipal, and state taxes for this region only. Taxes will be automatically calculated at checkout.
