We understand at times online shopping does not go as planned, so we have the following policy regarding any return of your purchase.
A web credit will only be provided if the following conditions are met:
- Items must be received back at the stated return address within 14 days of receiving the items
- Items must be received in sent conditions: unworn, unwashed, all tags on and in intact conditions
- Items sold on sale will NOT be accepted for return. (In the sale section, which have been marked down from original price)
- Items from our Instagram Story Sales are FINAL sale
- Intimates (swimsuits and bodysuits) and jewelry will not be accepted for return. Sale is FINAL
- All items sold with a 25% discount or more are FINAL SALE.
- All vintage items are FINAL SALE.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. You will have up to 3 days after the package was delivered to report a damaged item.
Before the web credit is issued we will inspect all items. We reserve the right to refuse the return if the conditions stated are not met. We will proceed to return the package to the sender if denied for return.
To exchange an item, please first return the item you wish to exchange and then place a new order.
Any web credit given must be used within 3 months from date of issuance.
- All return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer.
- Any item bought with the "return credit" will be a final sale.
Evii Shop is NOT responsible for packages that are lost after being delivered. If your package is lost in transit we will send you a replacement item or offer a store credit if the items you ordered are not in stock.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing after we receive your return. Unfortunately, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
